The ride will leave from Legacy at noon and end at the Effingham Performance Center. Enjoy free coffee and donuts while they last! A meal will be included. Participants will receive shirts and have to opportunity to enter a 50/50 raffle for a “glock,” Cardinals tickets, Grand Ole Opry tickets and more! This is a family friendly, non-alcoholic event that is open to all legal street bikes and vehicles.
Effingham County Sheriff Ron Meek started the Effingham County Sheriff’s Posse Ride in 1999 as a means to help the community and continued it as an annual event to raise money for local charities that do not receive funds from a government agency or grants. When John Monnet took office as the Effingham County Sheriff, he carried on the annual event, and a different charity is chosen every year to be the beneficiary of the ride.
So come out to enjoy some great company, have a fun ride and support a wonderful charity!
